Renaissance Quality Home Care is Central and Coastal Maine's most unique home care service. We offer in-home personal assistance to retired business and professional people and their spouses who wish to maintain their independence and accustomed lifestyles by remaining in their homes during their senior years. We provide a variety of personal care services based upon a thorough evaluation of each client's needs, preferences and individual abilities.
Accessing Our Services We begin with a needs assessment interview. This gives us the opportunity to discuss with the client what he or she is seeking for care and how we can best respond to his or her need. Due to the personal nature of the work, congeniality and continuity are essential. We strive to make a compatibility match between the care giver and the client as closely as we possibly can.
We next work out a mutually agreed upon schedule and a personal care regimen, based on the client's personal habits, abilities, preferences and physical needs. Utilizing this critical information, we develop a care plan and a financial proposal prior to providing services. For those individuals covered by a long-term care commercial insurance program or government benefit plan, we then submit this plan for third party approval to ensure that all services will be covered and performed within the specifications determined by the third party payer.
